Job description
HR Executive with Payroll Experience - US IT Staffing
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Experience: 2 - 6 years needed

Responsibilities:
Should be well-known of US Staffing process. Well versed with the terminologies like W2(Full Time,C2H), 1099, Corp to Corp etc.
Recruiting - Maintaining a continuous recruiting model in order to always find the best talent for the company
Job Postings - posting jobs on appropriate Internet Sources
Search and selection of candidates through various sources like existing database, employee referrals, mass mailing, head hunting or cold calling and by online recruitment services like Job portals(Naukri.com, Monster.com, LinkedIn etc)
Pre-Screening of Potential Candidates prior to Supervisor Interview
Validating the profiles to judge candidates attitude, qualification experience and communication skills, Preliminary Interview conducted through telephone.
Scheduling Technical interviews for the short listed candidates.
Develop and Maintain Online Recruiting Presence. Use a diverse mix of recruiting tools and websites
Maintain of each and every candidates profile with full details like education, contact details, technical comments, HR comments, Reference check, background verification etc..
Completing the documentation of selected candidates. Arranging Joining formalities and Documentation for Appointment letter.
Maintain weekly status lists of all activities, i.e., candidates interviewed, screened, and hired.
Work with management team in investigating, resolving and documenting employee relations and grievance issues;
Maintain and regularly conduct audit of Public Access Files and I-9s to ensure compliance;
Run visa & immigration reports for HR and management and Process all invoices for legal and related services
Review, Negotiate & Finalize the Master Service Agreement & POs with customers/prime vendors and get them signed by both parties.
Providing the customer with W9, COI, Employee work authorization & ID proof, signed BGV documents, etc.,
Review the payroll sheet and assist the management in running the payroll for US employees
Following up for Time sheets and also about different vendor payments.
